12. Pine Barrens Discovery Tour

Pinelands Adventures, Shamong

Trek along the edges of the Mullica River and discover its secrets. Join Pinelands Adventures Naturalist, John Volpa, for the Pine Barrens Sampler, a three-hour exploration of Pine Barrens life. This program includes a shore walk to learn about the uplands and Atlantic Cedar Swamp habitats. Participants will conduct a water quality survey and try dip and seine netting. The Antique and Artist Market at WheatonArts is an indoor/outdoor event featuring the work of local artists, including WheatonArts’ resident and volunteer artists, in addition to over 50 antique dealers from the tri-state area. Attendees can explore a wide selection of ceramics, glass, jewelry, memorabilia, furniture, and accessories throughout the grounds and event center.
