Human Village Brewing Co.
Three things are apparent at Human Village Brewing Co.: love of art, music, and balanced beer. Visually, the brewery is unique; you might think you are in a music museum complete with old LP records on the wall, nostalgic photos of musicians, and a beautiful music themed mural created by the talented Michele Peraino. The impressive mural of John Coltrane playing the song "Blue Train" on his alton saxophone confirms this craft brewery is one filled with melody in the form of tunes, beer, and friendship.
Homebrewers for over six years, owners Megan and Richard Myers transformed Pitman's beloved landmark Bus Stop Music Cafe into the thriving nanobrewery, Human Village Brewing Co. Setting up shop in Pitman was an easy decision for Megan and Richard. The quaint town with lots of charm and character mirrored their own principles and those of the brewery: values of community and hospitality. In fact, the Human Village name comes from the time when beer was brewed to serve the social function of bringing community together to converse and relax. That is exactly what you will discover here.
