Mount Holly was a part of the Revolutionary War in the Battle of Iron Works Hill. Treasured sites still stand today and remind locals and visitors of the rich history of this town. Nestled between Mount Holly history are delicious eateries that definitely require a visit.

This three-hour tour will include historical information about the town as you walk through the narrow streets. You’ll taste American cuisine and a few items with international flare. Think about digging into warm specialty grilled cheese sandwiches, a tasty trio of homemade soups, and pancakes topped with apples and cinnamon. We did say that there would be a sprinkling of international flare, so the to-do-tasting-list includes huevos rancheros on a deep fried tortilla and flatbread pizza.

The tour will also consist of a sampling of alcoholic beverages. A neighborhood brewing company will have craft beer waiting for you to sample. You’ll also try a Mead, considered the oldest alcoholic beverage known to man. As you walk through two galleries filled with contemporary art and various photographs, sample Valenzano wines from New Jersey orchards.

Come join us for an adventure, learn about food trends and gain historical insight on the town!
