Join Cedar Rose for their new monthly Wine & Dine series! April’s theme is Asian Cuisine. They’ll feature four courses that are paired with the perfect wine.

Unfortunately for this dinner they are unable to substitute for gluten allergies

They will have three seatings total.

Friday, April 23rd, 6pm
Saturday, April 24th, 6pm
Sunday, April 25th, 5pm

The Menu:

Amuse Bouche:
Seared ahi tuna steak topped with pineapple teriyaki reduction, crispy wontons and white sesame seeds

Paired with: 2020 Orange Wine

Course one:
Seasoned sushi rice, cucumber, avocado, spicy shrimp, wasabi and citrus lime aioli, soy sauce “caviar” (please note, this is not actual caviar, and is actually gelatinized soy sauce, which resembles the appearance of caviar).

Paired with: 2017 Traminette

Course two:
Marinated pork tenderloin, carrot and ginger puree, stir fried shitake mushrooms and baby bok choy, white miso sauce, and crispy rice noodles

Paired with: Quartz Edition #2

Course three:
House-made matcha and green tea ice cream topped with crispy mint, and spun sugar

Paired with: Goldenrod

Tickets are $65 per person, and do not include gratuity. Additional wine will be available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased in the Tasting Room during regular business hours or on Eventbrite. If you would like to sit with other guests attending please call the tasting room to make seating arrangements.

Ticket sales end Wednesday, April 21st.

Please note because of this dinner, their kitchen and their upstairs room will be closing at 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and at 4:00 PM Sunday, and will not be available to the public. Charcuterie platters will still be available.
