Join us in the courtyard to burn off some calories before your Thanksgiving feast! Get your blood pumping and body moving, then stay afterward and enjoy a free glass of your favorite WHW wine.
This bootcamp is a full body, high energy workout that
gets your heart rate moving. This interval based class improves your overall cardiovascular endurance and is made of challenges that will keep you motivated. No previous experience needed! Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Guests will have a few tables reserved to hang out at after the class for our 12-3pm seating. To reserve your own table or if you’d like to stay past 3pm, please call 609-270-1411.
