Festival is to commemorate the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation and celebrating the freedom of enslaved Africans in these United States of America. JUNETEENTH is the oldest holiday in America and the first holiday honoring African Americans. Featuring vendors, R&B groups, dance and drum and spoken word.
