Join us for a joyful evening of urban farm tours, Scrap Apps tastings, original Tonewood Brewing craft beer, delicious seasonal desserts from Constellation Collective & The Square Meal with Revolution Coffee Roasters, art studio & gallery tours, and live music by The Quixote Project, The evening will feature student-led tours of the farm and orchard of the Center for Environmental Transformation in South Camden, the beneficiary of our event. After that, convene in the beautiful Camden FireWorks galleries for a tasting led by Chef Todd Fuller of The Farm and Fisherman Tavern – Cherry Hill , with chefs from Hungry Harvest, Food Bank of South Jersey, Neighborhood Center, Invincible City Farm & Cathedral Kitchen

The goal of this event is to foster an idea exchange about how to fight the problem of food waste in our community, while supporting Center for Environmental Transformation – CFET’s education programs in the city of Camden.

The fun gets underway with student-led farm tours at 5:30 p.m., followed by a 6 p.m. Scrap Apps tasting that highlights delicious seasonal cuisine that can be made from the parts of foods that might normally wind up in a landfill. Sip a Tonewood brew made exclusively for this event. Learn about all of our partnering organizations and their sustainability efforts.

Enjoy the beautiful Camden FireWorks gallery and the lively neo-roots jams of one of the region’s best bands.

Advance tickets are $40 or two for $75; $50 at the door. Tickets for Camden City residents are $20. Event is strictly ages 21 and up. All proceeds benefit CFET.
