DESCRIPTION:Join us for a soothing and grounding evening in honor of the New Moon in Capricorn. We will open with light movement and breathwork as we work with the energetics of rosemary. Rosemary is associated with Capricorn energy\, so we will work with this herb that can clear and center the mind while enhancing memory. We will explore these themes as we move and breathe to regulate in preparation for our sound bath. You will then experience vibrational healing with a sound bath that will include gongs\, rain stick\, crystal singing bowls\, crystal prism chime\, vocals\, and zaphir chimes. Aromatherapy options will available throughout the evening. Registration also includes a botanical mist to take home. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a sunset paddle on the Rancocas Creek! We will explore the beauty of the Rancocas Creek as we paddle our way to sunset. \nWe will explore the flora and fauna of the Rancocas watershed as Kevin points out the many plants and animals inhabiting the land. \nWe will stop for a short guided meditation on the water with Allie for a moment of rest and to foster a deeper sense of connection with the land. \nBefore and after our paddle\, locally-sourced herbal tea will be available. \nThere will be a discount of $15 if you choose to bring your own kayak. Please send us an email to register if this is the case for you! \nPlease note\, the facilities at our drop-in location are minimal and there is no public restroom. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. SUMMARY:Restorative Yoga with Live Sound (June)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga with live sound featuring crystal singing bowls and individual healing with crystal prism chime. During a restorative yoga practice\, individuals will slow down and hold poses for an extended period of time while supporting the body with props to allow complete rest in each pose. Most of the day people live in flight or fight mode and restorative yoga lets the nervous system take a break and turns on the relaxation response in the parasympathetic nervous system. Dress comfortable for this experience and besides a yoga mat bring household items like a blanket\, beach towel\, and pillow(s) to prop and support your body during the practice. Traditional yoga props such as blocks\, a bolster\, and an eye pillow can be helpful but not necessary. Restorative yoga is for everyone\, those new to yoga\, those with experience\, and those just looking for a peaceful evening. Adding sound healing to this experience allows for deeper relaxation as vibrational healing can help restore the nervous system and leads to: – reduced stress – improved sleep – lower blood pressure – pain management

Class will start with gentle and joyful movements to bring positive vibrations into the body. Together\, we will go through a series of standing postures\, followed by seated and then the option for lying as we do our final deep relaxation. During our seated time\, we will practice three different breath techniques for calming the body. DESCRIPTION:Join Allie and Jayme for an evening of restorative yoga among a soundscape of crystal singing bowls\, intention setting\, and gong journey. Having celebrated the solstice on December 21\, we open this space for healing and awakening as we honor the sun. The solstice marks the longest night of the year and also means the days will begin to grow longer again. It is a potent time for growth and renewal. To begin the evening\, we will set intentions and sip tea together. We will move into a restorative yoga practice to aid in our manifestations and to restore the nervous system. Crystal singing bowls will be played during our yoga session. During savasana\, Jayme will guide you through a gong healing journey. You will leave this practice feeling renewed and restored. <3
