U.S. Postal Stamp Celebration

The U.S. Postal Service is honoring Muhammad Ali, Boxer, Activist and Humanitarian known as the “Greatest” with two stamps. In addition, the 49th stamp in the Black Heritage Stamp series will be Phillis Wheatley, the first author of African descent in the American Colonies.
The U.S. Postal Service; Ebony Society of Philatelic Events and Reflections (ESPER); the National Association of University Women, Southern New Jersey Branch (NAUW-SNJB); and the African American Inventors’ Museum (AAIM) will host the celebration for these stamps in historic Lawnside, New Jersey on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
The Lawnside Postmaster, along with the Glendora Postmaster will represent the U.S. Postal Service. They will be available to sell the stamps and other commemorative items.
