SoccerFest26 at the Camden Waterfront
Vendor Application
Join us at SoccerFest26 at the Camden Waterfront, a three-day celebration of global soccer spirit at Wiggins Waterfront Park in Camden, New Jersey, as residents and visitors come together during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. SoccerFest is designed to create a welcoming, high-energy fan experience with match viewing opportunities, food from around the world, live entertainment, community activities, and soccer activations for youth and recreation groups. 
Visit South Jersey is now accepting vendor applications for businesses, makers, soccer and athletic groups, community vendors, and select specialty exhibitors interested in being part of this major regional event. Vendors will be considered based on product variety, overall fit, quality, presentation, professionalism, and ability to contribute to a vibrant fan-focused environment. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be notified directly with next steps and payment information, if applicable.
Please read all terms carefully before submitting your application.
A. Event Overview
SoccerFest26 at the Camden Waterfront will take place June 25–27, 2026 at Wiggins Waterfront Park on the Camden Waterfront. Programming is expected to begin daily at 12:00 PM. 
B. Acceptance & Selection
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. Visit South Jersey reserves the right to select vendors in order to create a balanced event mix and avoid excessive duplication of products or services.
C. Event Hours / Required Participation
Accepted vendors must remain fully set up, staffed, and operational during assigned event hours unless otherwise instructed by event management. Early breakdown or departure without approval may affect participation in future Visit South Jersey events.
D. Vendor Space & Setup
All vendor displays, inventory, equipment, and activity must remain within the assigned footprint. Booth placement is determined by event management. Booth sharing, transferring, or subleasing space is not permitted without prior written approval.
E. Cleanliness & Waste
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the event and leaving the space free of trash, grease, boxes, and debris at load-out.
F. Marketing Participation
Accepted vendors may be asked to help promote their participation by sharing official SoccerFest26 event graphics, tagging Visit South Jersey, and posting on their own social channels in advance of the event.
G. Food Vendor Compliance
Any vendor preparing, sampling, or selling food or beverages must comply with all applicable health department, fire safety, permitting, and temporary food service requirements. Food vendors must secure all required approvals and operate in accordance with local regulations.
H. Hold Harmless / Liability Release
By submitting this application and participating in SoccerFest26 at the Camden Waterfront, the applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visit South Jersey, Camden County, the City of Camden, event sponsors, venue representatives, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the applicant’s participation in the event, including but not limited to the acts, omissions, negligence, operations, products, displays, staff, contractors, or guests of the applicant.
I. Tent & Display Safety
All tents must be properly weighted. No staking into the ground, attaching items to trees or public structures, or unsafe displays will be permitted unless expressly approved by event staff.
J. Staffing
Vendor booths must be staffed at all times during public event hours.
K. Payments
Do not send payment with this application unless specifically instructed. If vendor fees apply, selected vendors will receive confirmation and payment instructions separately. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of space.
L. Cancellation / Refunds
Vendor fees, if collected, are non-refundable except in limited circumstances determined by Visit South Jersey. If the event is canceled by the organizer, refund policies will be communicated at that time. Visit South Jersey is not responsible for vendor loss of revenue, travel costs, or other expenses associated with cancellation, weather, or public safety conditions.
M. Right to Remove / Revoke Participation
Visit South Jersey reserves the right to remove any vendor or revoke participation for noncompliance with event rules, unsafe operation, misrepresentation of products, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow instructions from event staff.
N. General Conduct
All vendors must operate professionally and comply with applicable local, county, and state laws, including health, safety, fire, permitting, and accessibility requirements.
