The Garden State Wine Growers Association invites residents and visitors to celebrate New Jersey wines with a month of winery visits, local discoveries, and seasonal festivities.
HADDONFIELD, NJ (October 18, 2026) – November is New Jersey Wine Month! From November 1–30, the Garden State Wine Growers Association (GSWGA) invites residents and visitors to celebrate the state’s wineries, vineyards, and winemakers. Now in its third year, the monthlong celebration encourages wine enthusiasts to discover locally produced wines, explore New Jersey wine country, and support the state’s growing wine industry.
With more than 60 wineries and vineyards spanning Sussex County to Cape May County, New Jersey offers a diverse range of wine experiences. What began as New Jersey Wine Week has grown into a monthlong celebration highlighting the quality, diversity, and craftsmanship of Garden State wines.
In the GSWGA’s 2025 Wine Month announcement, New Jersey Secretary of Agriculture Ed Wengryn encouraged residents to explore the state’s vineyards and wineries, noting that the fall season is an ideal time to discover locally produced wines. He also highlighted the opportunity to incorporate New Jersey wines into Thanksgiving celebrations and holiday gift-giving.
