Solstice Reset (Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing)

Join Allie and Jayme for an evening of restorative yoga among a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, intention setting, and gong journey. Having celebrated the solstice on December 21, we open this space for healing and awakening as we honor the sun. The solstice marks the longest night of the year and also means the days will begin to grow longer again. It is a potent time for growth and renewal. To begin the evening, we will set intentions and sip tea together. We will move into a restorative yoga practice to aid in our manifestations and to restore the nervous system. Crystal singing bowls will be played during our yoga session. During savasana, Jayme will guide you through a gong healing journey. You will leave this practice feeling renewed and restored. <3
