Camden County Library Black History Month Series: “The Passion and Pride of the Peter Mott House Underground Railroad Museum”

For the second year, members of the Lawnside Historical Society will give free one-hour presentations during Black History Month at three branches of the Camden County Public Library.

“The Passion and Pride of the Peter Mott House Underground Railroad Museum” with Linda Shockley, Society president, narrates the effort to save, restore and develop the Peter Mott House as Lawnside’s monumental artifact.

The house museum is open for tours on Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students.
