Workshop description: This workshop is perfect for those who are seeking to learn ways to overcome stress and regulate their emotions. Whether you just want to come hang out and relax to feel rejuvenated, or you want to come learn techniques to implement into your everyday life, you will certainly enjoy this one of a kind experience!
You will be encouraged to take yourself less seriously and to get out of your head and into your body. Class will start with gentle and joyful movements to bring positive vibrations into the body. Together, we will go through a series of standing postures, followed by seated and then the option for lying as we do our final deep relaxation. During our seated time, we will practice three different breath techniques for calming the body. Workshop ends w/ singing bowls & aromatherapy.
My teaching style is playful and approachable, allowing you to feel comfortable enough to explore your body and embrace the unknown.
