The Dad Vail Regatta is the largest collegiate regatta in the United States. Thousands of student athletes from over 100 colleges and Universities from the U.S. and Canada, gather to compete. The 2023 Dad Vail Regatta will be held on the Cooper River to ensure all competitors are afforded a safe and fair racing opportunity.
Through investigation of the multiple habitats and ecosystems of the Rancocas Nature Center preserve, participants will learn how to be “Nature Nurturers.” Concepts include understanding the ecosystems, habitat restoration, creating/encouraging animal homes, the importance of clean water, and decomposition--nature’s version of composting.
