Bonesaw Brewing Co.
If you're hobnobbing in the Glassboro, Gloucester County area, take a ride by 570 Mullica Hill Road and stop by this exciting craft brewery. Even if you aren't in the area, it is well worth the trip. You certainly can't miss it. The expansive structure screams part farm homestead, part Cabela's, and part Waltons, complete with a wraparound porch begging for a few comfy rockers, in a setting reminiscent of the Vermont countryside.
Bonesaw is a venture years in the making. The brain child of homebrewer turned orthopedic surgeon, Rich DiVerniero, Bonesaw Brewing Co. is the culmination of his early dreams turned reality. Combining his skills with those of his brothers-in-law, David Dow and Alan Doe, and the expertise of brewer AJ Stoll, Bonesaw has moved from seed to infancy to ready to wow!
Bonesaw Brewing Co. boasts a tasting room fit for royalty and offers plenty of seating and milling around space. Have a large group? No problem, in fact, your group may never leave once they see the mix of industrial and amusing medial world touches. Large garage doors open to nature outside and insanely beautiful, custom light fixtures gracefully cascade from the ceiling. And this brewery has what few others do, a brick fireplace. There is no excuse not to try some beer on a chilly winter's evening.
