Core3 Brewery
Do you remember the iconic sitcom Cheers? If not, be sure to check out the reruns and you will understand just why brewers Larry Price and Alexi Skriapas decided to start brewing and open up a craft brewery. It is the camaraderie and feeling of kinship in Cheers that the two hope to bring to their venture, Core3 Brewery, a name which refers to three longtime friends who have always been there for one another.
After searching for a location in Gloucester County, the pair struck out when trying to lay down their brewery's roots in their hometown of Franklinville. Disappointed, they eventually found the perfect spot on RT 47 in the town of Clayton where Core3 was welcomed with open arms. With three large garage doors that open to outdoor seating and plenty of space for their vision of a rustic yet industrial style tasting room, the building held what they were looking for. Being outdoorsmen, nature and wood will be a theme, and comfort will be given.
With more than fifteen years of brewing experience between Larry and Alexi, visitors can expect high quality beers in styles ranging from IPAs to Kolsch to sours. Expect some smoked beers and coffee stouts, Alexi's favorites. You might even discover a twist of surprise in some of the beers: juniper berries, anise, and well, you will have to discover the rest for yourself or it won't be a surprise! No matter what your favorite style, Core3 will brew to the taste of the individual, not to the masses, keeping a very high standard.
