Folks Farm

Stemming from some of the most unlikely coincidences (read a little more about our story below), Folks Farm & Market has been an ongoing restoration project of a historic peach and apple orchard in Burlington County, New Jersey. Since its founding, hundreds of new fruit trees have gone into the ground, and the fields are back to growing heirloom tomatoes, vegetables, and whatever the season feels like giving us.

These days, the farm is a busy, lively place. Thousands of people come through each year for insanely flavored produce, intentional classes, seasonal gatherings, and whatever other farmmy surprises we are able to cook up behind the scenes. It feels, to us at least, a liminal place – equal parts sore feet, sunburn, muddy boots, fussy kids, peach fuzz itch AND breathtaking sunsets, deep human connection, feeling at home, and peaches we dream about nightly.
