76th Annual Fall Festival Parade

The Woodbury Parade Committee is pleased to invite your organization to participate in this year’s Woodbury Fall Festival Parade, to be held on the evening of Saturday, October 3, 2026 (Rain Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026).

This year’s theme is Red, White, Blue & 250 Too! Woodbury celebrates America’s 250th birthday with hometown pride, community spirit, and a patriotic salute to 250 years.

Parade Details

• Line-Up: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM at Colonial Avenue & Broad Street (Route 45) in North Woodbury. Participants will receive an email with their Lineup Number, time, and location.
• Parade Start: 5:00 PM sharp, proceeding south on Broad Street and ending near Salem Avenue
• Judging: Walking judges will evaluate entries along the parade route. Performances may only pause at designated areas.

Application Information

• Application Deadline: September 25, 2026
• Entry Fee: $10 (waived if received by Sept. 25; one free entry per group/person)
• Late Applications: Accepted through September 29, 2026, with a $25 fee
• Rules and Regulations: Please read carefully and thoroughly
• No day-of-registration accepted.

Important Notes

• All participants must arrive at their designated Line-up area at their designated time.
• Parking on Colonial Avenue is strictly prohibited. Please carpool when possible to reduce congestion.
• Volunteers will be on site to assist with line-up and directions.

In the event of inclement weather, call (856) 845-1300 after 3:00 pm the day prior to the parade to hear a recorded message with cancellation or postponement information. Email notifications will also be sent when possible.
