Menu:
1st Course: Apple Pecan Arugula Salad
Peppery arugula, fresh apples, toasted pecans, red onions, and feta cheese dressed in a vibrant lemon vinaigrette.
2nd Course: Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Earthy version of chicken noodle soup, featuring wild rice, bone-in chicken thigh, topped with crispy chicken skin “croutons.”
Main Entrée: Choice of: Maple Mustard Glazed Chicken OR Miso Butter Cod Fish
