Downtown Camden Art Crawl

June 12 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT

Get ready to experience Camden like never before! The Downtown Camden Art Crawl is back and bigger than ever — returning Thursday, June 12th from 4PM to 7PM with 30+ artists, live performances, food trucks, creative pop-ups, and family-friendly fun across Market Street from 2nd to 4th.

This no-charge, open-to-all celebration of Camden’s rising creative community will feature live painting, public art installations, hands-on workshops, and pop-ups inside and outside local businesses. It’s the third and largest edition yet — spotlighting the exciting local makers, from award-winning designers and mixed-media painters to analog film photographers and cultural storytellers.

Bonus: Come early for the 5th Annual Camden Pride Walk, which steps off at 3PM at the Camden County Police HQ and ends at Roosevelt Plaza for a pre-crawl celebration.

Highlights include:

  • Live music at 3rd & Market from IDEA Center for the Arts featuring SoundEVR and Tony Perez & The Latin Wave
  • Kids’ Corner with art-making activities at 213 Market
  • Activations from acclaimed artists like Ernest Ford, Terina Nicole Hill, Felicia Biles, De’von Downes, Donald T. Williams, and more
  • Food trucks and Market Street specials from Mylestone Catering, Taqueria Lopez, Essential Blends Hair Studio, and more

Camden aims to show off its creative energy as an emerging creative hub and this one-of-a-kind event is part of that exciting movement.

Additionally, for those of you that worked with her at Northern Liberties Business Improvement District, the effort is being led by CSSD’s new Executive Director Kristine Kennedy. We are thrilled to help her share the story of Camden in her new role as we did with NLBID.
