WHAT: Learn how the stories we tell ourselves can either confine – or jumpstart our growth. This dynamic and interactive, transformative session is designed especially for women to explore the narratives that shape their lives.
You’re invited to learn ways to live life more fully, effectively, and joyously in the present moment, steering your story toward empowerment and success.
Our facilitator, Harriet Stein, RN, MS, blends her expertise as a professional speaker, author, and registered nurse – with interactive exercises and tools to help get unstuck and live a fulfilling, purposeful life – regardless of your current chapter in life’s journey.
