New Moon Sound Bath

Join us for a soothing and grounding evening in honor of the New Moon in Capricorn. We will open with light movement and breathwork as we work with the energetics of rosemary. Rosemary is associated with Capricorn energy, so we will work with this herb that can clear and center the mind while enhancing memory. We will explore these themes as we move and breathe to regulate in preparation for our sound bath. You will then experience vibrational healing with a sound bath that will include gongs, rain stick, crystal singing bowls, crystal prism chime, vocals, and zaphir chimes. Aromatherapy options will available throughout the evening. Registration also includes a botanical mist to take home. About Your Facilitator: Allie is one of the owners and the in-house herbalist here at Thyme Travelers. She’s the creator of Green Revolution Herbals, an herbal apothecary. A lover of nature, she’s a certified herbalist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and sound healing practitioner that incorporates herbal energetics, ritual, and vibration into her practices.
