Opening Celebration: American Revolution Museum of Southern New Jersey
June 27 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm EDT
The Benjamin Cooper Tavern will reopen with purpose as the American Revolution Museum of Southern New Jersey, bringing to life the history and restoration of Camden’s most historic house to teach future generations of Camden County’s and South Jersey’s little known role in the American Revolution.
Thanks to the efforts of the Camden County Historical Society (CCHS), the facility will reopen just ahead of America’s 250th anniversary.
Join in for the ribbon cutting ceremony on June 27th at 10 am, and enjoy free museum tours all day.
