Crystal Singing Bowls work on a vibrational level to help remove disharmony and tension from your body, mind, and spirit while raising your energetic vibration and promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Please bring your pillow, yoga mat and/or blanket for your comfort. Feel free to bring your crystals and extra bottles of water to charge up!
