Maisha Haus Wellness Day for Endometriosis is an intimate afternoon of education, movement, restoration, and community for women navigating endometriosis and other feminine health challenges. The experience includes specialist talks, pelvic wellness-focused yin yoga and savasana, mini-massages, light refreshments, a curated wellness goodie bag, and a supportive space to learn, connect, and feel cared for.
