The Wing Kitchen
Our approach is to provide our customers with hot, fresh, one of a kind Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, and French Fries with exciting flavor combinations, and gourmet tossing sauces. As a professional chef, I have had the incredible opportunity to run multiple restaurant and banquet kitchens, which has allowed me to encounter staff from across the globe. Working with these amazing cooks and chefs gave me a great appreciation for a wide variety of diverse ingredients, and a deep understanding of unfamiliar flavor combinations that are incredible. The Wing Kitchen will concentrate on great fresh ingredients, simply crafted by expert hands, but embrace big and bold authentic flavors that will transcend the chicken wing.

Yhanne’s House of Cheesecakes
Their story began with humble beginnings, like many others. It’s a tale of a man trying to impress the woman he loves by creating the perfect atmosphere for a proposal. After preparing a carefully crafted dinner and dessert, the cheesecake became the focus of the occasion. It was made from an old recipe with additional ingredients added to enhance the texture and flavor. After experimenting with different variations, the perfect balance discovered. When Tiffany asked where the cheesecake came from, Yhanne revealed that he had baked it himself. Impressed, she followed him into the kitchen where he proposed and gained not only a wife, but a new business venture.
