DAY 1

Refresh

Colonial Diner to start! A long-standing diner, providing guests with a range of classic American meals. They even have an extensive vegan menu for the more health-conscious individuals. Then head to Ananda Yoga + Wellness studio for a Vinyasa yoga session. Next head over to the William Heritage Winery, relax while sipping some award winning wines! If you are feeling up to it, head to Ceres Park for a nature walk in the forest. For dinner: Blueplate in Mulica Hill for a creative farm-to-table meal.

DAY 2

Relax

Start the day at Apron Cafe for a hearty breakfast. Make the short drive up to Pineland Adventures, an organization that offers paddle boarding, hiking and nature adventures/tours! Let yourself relax by the running water, and enjoy the beauty of nature. After a good afternoon in the sun, head to Rejuvenation Day Spa for a massage or facial! Afterward, walk over to Plagido’s Winery for a crisp glass of wine and some perfect vineyard views. After all that? We think a bowl of pasta will be in order, from Joe Italiano’s – a family-owned restaurant since 1945

DAY 3

Recharge

What is more relaxing than a day at the beach? End your trip with a day-trip down to the Jersey Shore. Head down to Long Beach Island, starting first at The Local Market & Kitchen. They have a menu of classic baked goods, sandwiches and snacks alongside an artisanal market with a patio. Perfect light fare before a day of soaking up the sun. After you are fueled up, take a short walk to the ocean front. Make sure to visit the Barnegat Lighthouse for sunset! To end the day, head over to Kubels for incredible seafood. Maybe even stop at Poppy’s Ice Cream Parlour for a sweet treat!
