River Winds Restaurant Riverwinds is an awesome restaurant with a view of the Delaware River and the city. The area around Riverwinds is full of life! You will see people swimming, boating, kayaking, and fishing at the beach or on the river. With such a great location it tends to get quite crowded, so be sure to make a reservation! Riverwinds is not known as a gourmet restaurant but many customers report their meal being totally excellent. The menu includes some top notch steak and Seaford to really get you in that summer mood.
