Amato Bros

In 1982, founder Mike Amato embarked on his journey at Joe’s Deli in South Philly, purchasing it at the age of 18. Under his stewardship, the business expanded to eight locations and ventured into food distribution. Upon relocating to South Jersey, Mike and his brother Jim established Amato Bros., quickly becoming a beloved fixture in the community. A setback in 2016 due to a fire necessitated a temporary move to Glendora, but they persevered and reopened in April 2018 with a new dining room and bar. The passing of Jim deeply impacted the staff, underscoring his significant presence within the business. Today, the Amato family and their dedicated team continue to uphold their legacy of delivering exceptional food and hospitality to their patrons.
