Mia’s Meals
The story of Mia’s Meals began during COVID-19 quarantine. I would spend most of my time in the kitchen until one day my family said to me “Ema (mom in Hebrew), everyone loves your food, why don’t you just meal prep to keep busy?” And that’s when it all began. I would post weekly meals on social media that I wished to prepare one day if I were to open a restaurant. It’s something that I’ve believed in and talked about with close friends and family for as long as I can remember.
