Series of inclusive, sensory-considerate arts workshops designed especially for students in grades 2 through 4, with a focus on supporting children on the autism spectrum. These engaging sessions provide a welcoming space where young learners can explore creativity, build confidence, and connect with others through hands-on artistic expression. The workshops are thoughtfully structured to support social-emotional development while helping students strengthen fine motor, communication, and collaboration skills. Through guided creative activities, participants are encouraged to express themselves in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to them, fostering both personal growth and positive peer interaction.
Each session takes place in a small group setting to ensure individualized attention and a supportive environment. Predictable routines, visual supports, and flexible participation options help create a space where every student can engage at their own pace and in the way that works best for them. Limited to 10 students per class, with three classes offered.
