“Après-Ski” is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as the social activities and entertainment following a day’s skiing. (Après means “after” in French). A tradition started in the Alpine ski resorts of France, Germany, Austria, and Italy. Although it’s likely you aren’t going skiing anywhere in Pilesgrove, NJ, it is likely that Auburn Road can provide you with an even better Après-Ski experience. This is our way of saying that just because it is cold outside and just because it gets dark early, that doesn’t mean that we all have to hibernate. It is our call – our invitation – to be hip, be beautiful and actually enjoy the Winter!
