Revolutionary War Heroine Time Travels to South Jersey

Annis Boudinot Stockton (1736-1801), patriot, poet, writer, wife of Richard Stockton (1730-1781), signer of the Declaration of Independence, will appear in a first person portrayal performed by actress and historian, Alisa Dupuy from “Ladies of History”. The focus of this presentation will be to hear the compelling stories about women of diverse creeds (black, white and Native American women) who contributed to the success of America’s struggle for independence.

This History Celebration & Fundraiser is sponsored by the Greenwich Tea Burning Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. It is one of the 45 chapters in New Jersey. The mission of this non-profit, non political, volunteer women’s service organization is preservation, education and patriotism.

The event is open to the public and is scheduled for 1:00pm (sharp), Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Redeemer Lutheran Church located at 2384 East Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08361. Refreshments will follow the program.
