Seeds of Hope Ministries (SOHM) hosts an annual 5k Run/Walk along the Delaware River to honor those suffering in addiction and to the loved ones of those whose lives have been decimated by the power of addiction. All proceeds go to support the SOHM mission of bringing HOPE to those that desperately need it.
