Beginner-friendly flow with bowls and relaxing poses in an evening, beautiful loft setting. 100% of donations benefit Services Empowering the Rights of Victims (SERV), thru Center for Family Services in Millville. Drop-in, suggested donation $10. Mats and blankets available. Ages 8 and up.
