Winterfest Ice Skating Rink, Cooper River Park, Nov. 28 – Jan 6

This winter, the Camden County Board of Freeholders is bringing an exciting new attraction to Camden County – the Winterfest Ice Skating Rink at Cooper River Park. Winterfest will provide family fun from Nov. 28 to Jan. 6 for park patrons.Come to the three-day grand opening celebration on Nov. 28- Nov. 30th, featuring special performances, sing-alongs, giveaways and prizes. There will also be a tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. Friday night, with special guests Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Cooper River Park will be transformed into a winter wonderland with twinkling lights in the trees, and vendors selling soft pretzels, hot chocolate and other tasty treats. For the three-day opening event, hours will be noon- 10 p.m. each day.

After the three-day opening event, The Winterfest Ice Skating Rink at Cooper River Park will be open Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, the rink will be open from noon to 10 p.m. Children 12 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the ice for free. There is a $4.00 admission fee for those 13 years and older and a $3.00 skate rental fee. There is plenty of free parking in lots to either side of the stadium. To view the event details, click here
