The award-winning Moorestown Theater Company presents its 78th ‘Summer Stage’ Musical (and 262nd overall production) on these dates and times in the air-conditioned First Methodist Church (FMC) at 446 E. Camden Avenue in Moorestown:

This musical, based on the stories by P. L. Travers and the 1964 Walt Disney Film, with original songs by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, with new songs by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, is appropriate for audience members of all ages! It will be performed by a 45-member Children’s Cast!
Reserved-seat tickets for this story about the “Practically Perfect” Nanny, her friend ‘Bert, the Banks Family (Father ‘George’, Mother ‘Winifred’, Daughter ‘Jane’, and Son ‘Michael’), and the various other characters living around 17 Cherry Tree Lane in London, England in 1910, are available at www.MoorestownTheaterCompany.org, or at the door at these prices:
- $18 online and $20 at the door for the front three rows
- $13 online and $15 at the door for the remaining rows
- Tickets are available on line until three hours before ‘curtain time’ (so we can print seating lists for the box office), but they will still be available at the door starting one hour before ‘curtain time’.
While the address for First Methodist Church is at 446 E. Camden Avenue, it’s easier to enter the FMC parking lot from Kings Highway or Pleasant Valley Avenue. Please enter the building through the door near the large flag pole in the parking lot.
The live action and animated 1964 Hollywood Film was nominated for 13 Academy Awards, winning five, for ‘Leading Actress’ (Julie Andrews) and ‘Best Song’ (“Chim-Chim-Cher-ee”), among others, and the 2006 Broadway Musical was nominated for seven Tony Awards, winning one for ‘Best Scenic Design’.
