Glassboro Fall Festival Trunk or Treat

This is Glassboro’s Fourth Annual Fall Festival Trunk or Treat and will be held on Rowan Boulevard and in the Glassboro Town Square. The evening will begin with a Trunk or Treat on Rowan Boulevard and end with DJ Music, interactive stations, and other festivities on the Town Square! This is a free event.

Haddonfield Historical Society Haunted Walking Tour
10/14/22, 10/15/22, 10/21/22, 10/22/22, 10/28/22, & 10/29/22 | 7pm
A local favorite, we will once again conduct several Haunted Haddonfield walking tours in October. Dates are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 & 29. Groups will meet at 7:00 PM at Greenfield Hall. The tours are based on the stories in the Haunted Haddonfield books I & II written by Bill Meehan. Bill was an accomplished researcher, writer, and public speaker with several published books and magazine articles.


Downtown Business Trick or Treating

The Merchantville Business and Professional Association invites you to Trick or Treat downtown on Friday, Oct. 29 from 3pm to 5pm! Stroll downtown and visit participating businesses for special Halloween treats before you visit the Market Off Centre! Look for a participation sign in the storefront.


Haddonfield Haunted Night Market

The First Annual Haddonfield Halloween Night Market is an experiential event that embodies the festivities of Halloween. Exhibitors will line Kings Court, back-to-back, with a variety of wares for sale. Handcrafts, mixed media, horror/pop art, antiques, and oddities sellers are encouraged to apply.  


Haunts of the Merchantville Hayrides

Take a ride through town and see the Haunts of Merchantville Home Decorating Contest entries! Vote for your favorite…who will win the Golden Broomstick?

Haddon Heights wraps up its fall festivities with another event in collaboration with the Mt. Ephraim Celebration Committee, bringing you a fun-filled day of food, crafts, brew, and tunes. Salem City Walking Ghost Tour

Salem City comes alive with legends from the past! A walking ghost tour of Market Street in Salem City will follow the Tunes From the Crypt Concert at St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Halloween Trick-or-Treat Train

This little goblin-friendly Halloween outdoor train ride will leave the whole family laughing and gasping for more! Tricks, treats, and surprises are included for kids and grownups!


Costume Pet Parade at Historic Smithville

Paw Dazzle will host the Annual Costume Pet Parade starting at 1:00pm. This is by far Historic Smithville’s cutest event, where spectators can watch 100+ pets show off their unique Halloween costumes! To enter your pet, you must be pre-registered by calling Paw Dazzle at 609-748-7110.


Monster Bash at Historic Smithville

This Halloween event takes place at the Village Green in historic Smithville, and features the area’s largest Zombie Walk. People from South Jersey and the surrounding areas find their way to Smithville either in full zombie gear or ready to be painted to look like a zombie. Enjoy vendors, makeup artists, live music, and the Walk of the Zombies!


Witches Day Out at Historic Smithville

On Sunday, October 23, 2022, Historic Smithville will be hosting its Witch’s Day Out! Come treat yourself to a good time at the Smithville Village. Wear your witch’s hat and enter our hat contest; registration is from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at the Smithville Inn.  Parade and judging will take place between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. Winners will be announced thereafter at the Smithville Inn. Food and drinks specials will be offered. Please stop into our Shoppes with your hat and see what deals await you!
