Spruce Goose Christmas Tree Farm is a family business that believes strongly in a conservation, stewardship ethic and to use the best management practices to sustain and protect the natural environment. We replant tree seedlings every Spring to sustain a continued crop of trees. It takes us 8-10 years to grow a quality Christmas tree for our customers. During this time all trees are professionally trimmed and shaped each year to create the perfect Christmas tree. Our farm provides many benefits such as clean air, water, wildlife habitats, recreation and environmental education. We believe we all share the responsibility to manage and sustain a HEALTHY, GREEN and GROWING New Jersey! CHRISTMAS TREES are a renewable, sustainable, and recyclable natural resource. Merry Christmas from our farm to your home! Enjoy the benefits of celebrating a family tradition with a Jersey Fresh real tree for the holidays. Come, have a fun experience and enjoy your perfect tree.
BE PREPARED to: CUT your tree; CARRY your tree out of the field; and SECURE your tree to your vehicle. Please arrive early allowing sufficient time to select your tree as it gets DARK at ~4:00 pm! We have several species of trees, Douglas Fir are the most abundant, although we also have a few Fraser Fir, and a few Blue Spruce (less than 5 foot). The trees are of various sizes, with species and sizes randomly scattered throughout the 16 acre field. Fun fact: In order to look at every single tree, it equates to an approximately 13.2 mile walk! Please be careful to not to step on the baby trees while enjoying your experience. Yes, WE HAVE SAWS! You may cut your own tree if you would like, or one of our staff will cut your tree. Cutting your own Christmas tree is great fun for the kids creating lifelong memories! You may bring your own HANDSAW if you would like. Trees are Baled for FREE.

We are a small family owned & operated Christmas tree farm. Our goal is to be family friendly and affordable. Depending upon the weather, we do tractor-pulled “sleigh” rides along a decorated trail to the Christmas trees.
We offer you Douglas Fir, Canaan Fir, Norway Spruce, White Spruce, Balsam Fir, Serbian Spruce, and Black Hill Spruce trees. Our trees are between 5′ – 20′ high. If you’d like a bigger Christmas tree, please let us know. Fir trees are usually the best at holding their needles after they’re cut. For a spruce, we advise keeping your Christmas tree in the house for no more than 3 weeks. Freshly cut trees absorb water quickly. As soon as possible, put your tree in its stand with water. For the first few days, water your tree 2 – 3 times per day. Water at least 1 – 2 times per day thereafter. NOTE: If your Christmas tree won’t be in its stand within about 3 hours of cutting, CUT 1/4″ – 1/2″ off of the trunk so the tree can absorb water. Keep your Christmas tree watered at all times to maintain your tree’s freshness.
