Dickens Festival
Once a year, Main Street in Medford is transformed into a quaint winter wonderland, featuring holiday festivities galore with an old-time flair. The festival is free and typically attracts more than 10,000 people. Locals never fail to catch up with old friends on the street; there’s something for everyone! Holiday Studio Sale

The Cooks Tour of Moorestown in Moorestown

The Cooks Tour was started in 1962 by the Curtis Auxiliary, an all-volunteer organization founded by a group of Moorestown women. It was named in honor of Dr. Howard M. Curtis, a pediatrician who practiced at what is now known as Virtua Mount Holly Hospital. The auxiliary began hosting fundraising events in the community, including the Cooks Tour and the once popular Curtis Ball, to support the hospital. Over the years, other auxiliaries were established throughout the local area and they joined together to form the Auxiliary Board to Virtua Memorial. Today, this board works together alongside many community businesses and volunteers to continue hosting the event and making a difference for the community.
